About Us
We’re not your average staffing firm—we’re the one trying to automate away the boring parts of recruiting so humans can actually… well, be human. Think less “paper-pushing recruiter,” more “recruiter with an AI-powered sidekick.”
We’re building the next generation of staffing tech: large language models trained on real-life recruitment data, bots that schedule interviews without ghosting anyone, and systems smart enough to recommend the right candidate without making us scroll through 500 résumés first.

What You’ll Do
Your weeks won’t all look the same. Sometimes you’ll be training a model, sometimes you’ll be integrating AI into our CRM, and sometimes you’ll just be the genius who finally figures out why the bot keeps calling people “Dear Applicant” like it’s 1999.
- Fine-Tune LLMs: Teach large language models to match candidates to jobs with the accuracy of a seasoned recruiter (minus the coffee jitters).
- Build Bots: Design recruiter and account management bots—part helpful assistant, part productivity wizard.
- Integrate with Our CRM: Make our Azure + .NET CRM play nice with AI. (Because “database not responding” should not be anyone’s love language.)
- Experiment & Break Things (Nicely): Tinker with vector DBs, Blob storage, Pinecone, prompt engineering… and probably invent a few tricks we haven’t thought of yet.
- Collaborate & Translate: Work with leaders and recruiters who may not “speak Python” but know exactly the problems AI should solve.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in AI/ML (or enough projects under your belt to show you can teach machines cool tricks).
- Languages & Tools: Python (must), SQL/JSON, Azure cloud, .NET environments, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Experience With: Training/fine-tuning LLMs, chatbot/conversational AI, prompt engineering.
- Bonus Points:
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
- Resume parsing/candidate matching (résumés are creative writing samples, after all)
- CRM integrations (Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, or custom Franken-CRMs)
