Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) *New Grads Welcome*

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in children's lives? Were seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting. If you're eager to grow in a supportive environment, wed love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience working with children, preferably in schools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
