Job Description

This position has primary responsibility for managing all facilities owned and operated by The Hanover Improvement Society. Properties include an ice skating rink, an outdoor recreation area , a movie theater, rental properties and an office space. The Facilities Manager oversees the development and execution of a preventative maintenance program, identify capital needs and work with all staff to ensure facility needs are met or exceeded.

This position reports to the Executive Director and is expected to operate within the fiscal limits while overseeing all capital and maintenance projects. As an integral part of the management team, this position makes sure each facility complies with all codes, is attractive while operating efficiently while maintaining expected high standards.
