Stellix Global Services, Inc. has a job opening for the position of Senior Digital, Data & Analytics Engineer based out of its location in Foxborough, MA.
Job Duties: Lead Technical Efforts: Gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate systems using technologies (e.g., SEEQ, Machine Learning, Python, OSI PI, robotics) for manufacturing intelligence, process control, and analytics platforms. Ensure GMP Compliance: Maintain adherence to GMP standards in regulated industries (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals) for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Scope and Estimate Projects: Provide effort estimates and define project scope for data platforms, manufacturing intelligence, robotics, and quality systems. Monitor Project Progress: Track project timelines and progress, working with teams to refine plans and ensure timely execution. Develop Documentation: Create quality procedures, SOPs, design specs, test plans, and standards for effective project execution. Collaborate with Teams: Manage and execute cross-functional projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment. Manage Risks: Track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure successful outcomes. Lead Root Cause Analysis: Participate in root cause analysis to address recurring issues and drive continuous improvement. Support Business Development: Align teams and provide expert guidance on Stellix Global Services’ products and services to ensure success. Mentor Staff: Provide training and mentorship to staff, ensuring high-quality results and growth during project phases. Position requires up to 25% foreign or domestic travel to customer sites to perform product installations and configurations. A hybrid telecommute work schedule is available.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent technical background, plus 4 years of experience in process control, automation, software development, or information technology management in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other life sciences industries, and demonstrated experience with: Process Control, Process Data Historians, or Industrial Automation; Industrial Acquisition Protocols including, Modbus and OPC-UA; Messaging protocols MQTT, AMQP, or IIoT/Edge platforms; Data Lake, Big Data/MongoDB, and AWS Data Platforms; Business Intelligence tools Power BI, Spotfire, or Tableau; Microservices and Docker containers; Programming with Python, C#, or JavaScript; and Client-facing services operations for data analytics practice or related technology. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years of experience, we will accept a Master’s degree, plus 2 years of experience.
