Research Fellow - Digital Health & Entrepreneurship
Job Description
I am recruiting a paid Digital Health and Entrepreneurship Research Fellow to spend 2 years in my lab working on digital health apps and medical devices. This is part of the T32 Primary Care Research Fellowship in the Dartmouth Health Department of Community and Family Medicine. The program will match you with 3 successful health start up companies, all with patents pending on innovative technology. Opportunities for learning about entrepreneurship, digital health, health AI, medical devices. The program is ideal for physicians 0-3 years out from residency, but other doctorally-trained clinicians (DDS, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc) are encouraged to apply. No other experience required. We will help train you on the rest!
Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews.
Develop IRB protocols.
Prepare patents, grant applications, and peer review publications.
Interact with medical device and digital health companies.
Qualifications
Doctorally-trained clinician (MD, DO, DDS, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc)
Completion of a clinical residency preferred but not required.
(Physicians post-residency may work in clinic 1 day per week to supplement the fellowship salary.
