We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead technology operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP, a strong background in IT infrastructure, and a strategic mindset to align technology with business goals. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems while supporting continuous improvement across production and business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems across the organization.
  • Manage and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including upgrades, customizations, and user support.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance teams to streamline operations through technology.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage IT staff and external vendors to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Analyze business needs and recommend innovative technology solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.


  • IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (implementation, customization, and support).
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with SQL databases, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
