Blazer Jobs is actively seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support a partner school district in Dover, NH.
Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in general and special education classrooms

Assist lead teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Work 1:1 or in small group settings to reinforce learning objectives

Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch and recess
-
Support students with disabilities or behavioral needs as directed by the classroom teacher

Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional in a school setting
-
Ability to implement IEP goals and follow educator guidance
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
