Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative for HVAC Services will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role aims to promote HVAC services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing clients to assess their HVAC service needs.
- Present service agreements and product offerings to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of HVAC solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prospect for new business leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
