Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy.
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs, ensuring measurable progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
