As our In‑Process Quality Inspector, you’ll be the eyes and metrics behind production quality, keeping our lines moving and our standards uncompromised.

A day in this role

From the moment production starts, you’ll be embedded on the floor:

• Verify product quality through visual, dimensional, and functional checks aligned to in‑process procedures and the Control Plan.
• Use precision metrology tools—calipers, micrometers, and vision systems—to complete dimensional inspections.
• Capture inspection results accurately on required records and input statistical data on a computer.
• Operate common QA lab gages confidently and spot defects on molded and assembled components.
• Follow the Control Plan requirements meticulously, modeling punctuality and professionalism every shift.

What you’ll own

• Retain samples per procedure and generate labels for daily production retains/tailgates at shift start.
• Alert the Supervisor/Lead to any nonconformances and execute rejection procedures as directed.
• Maintain tidy, organized quality areas and equipment.
• Oversee rework activities for nonconforming product held in quarantine and, when directed, complete final inspection on reworked product.
• Pitch in with additional responsibilities as needed while collaborating effectively across teams and working independently when required.

What you bring

• 1–3 years in Quality Control; experience in a plastic injection molding environment preferred.
• Fluency in English (read/write/communicate).
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and blueprint interpretation.
• Computer literacy, including Word and Excel; experience recording SPC data.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, plus the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
