Lantern Government Solutions is seeking Medical Lab Technologists for a full time contract opportunity in White River Junction, VT. This is an excellent opportunity for military spouses, dependents, veterans, or anyone interested in supporting the military healthcare system in a civilian capacity.
About the Role:
We're seeking passionate, certified professionals to deliver high-quality laboratory services to our nation's veterans at the White River Junction VA Medical Center.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Perform chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank testing
- Maintain lab instruments and conduct quality control
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient results
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + rotating weekends
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification (MT, MLS, or CLS)
- 3+ years of recent experience across core lab disciplines

- Market competitive pay of $38-40/hour depending on experience
- Health and welfare fringe benefit: $5.55 per hour
