Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will manage and oversee contracts for various design and planning projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to drive seamless contract execution and support project success.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients and consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of contract documents, including submittals, change orders, and correspondence.

• Collaborate with legal advisors and project teams to evaluate and mitigate contractual risks while proposing innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.

• Track and process change orders and contract modifications in partnership with project teams to ensure timely adjustments.

• Assist project managers with scheduling, invoicing, and progress reporting from a contractual standpoint to meet project timelines.

• Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing contractual matters and clarifications effectively.

• Work closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of contract-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

• Strong understanding of industry contracts, building codes, and construction documentation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suire, and contract management tools such as Deltek Vantagepoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with commercial terms, subcontract management, and construction management practices.
