A full-time paraprofessional opportunity is available in an educational setting serving elementary and charter school students. This role supports students ranging from pre-kindergarten through middle school, emphasizing behavioral support and individualized assistance.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
- School year contract
- Typical hours:
- Elementary school: 7:50 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Charter school: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to two students at the elementary school level (prek to 2nd grade), dividing time between a kindergartener in the morning and a first grader in the afternoon
- Support two students at a charter school, working with a 6-year-old in the mornings and a 14-year-old in the afternoons
- Utilize behavioral strategies to assist students with their individual needs throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans and behavior interventions
Qualifications:
- Experience working in behavioral support roles within educational settings is required and must be clearly noted on the resume
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or behavioral technician preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and support young students effectively
