Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is available for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) seeking to provide vital support in pediatric and school settings within a dynamic Supervisory Union. As an SLP, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children from kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple elementary and secondary schools.
Location: Lyndonville and Danville, VT (Onsite only)
Duration: Full school year contract
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school environments
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to deliver services across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students communication development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
