Job DescriptionAdecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing facility in Londonderry, NH to bring on a manufacturing associate. This is a full-time position.

Job Title: Production Associate
Pay: $17-$19/hour
Hours: Monday –Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented manufacturing associate to join our team. This role is responsible for performing inspection, service, maintenance, and repair work. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with precision tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, and reassembly
  • Use precision measuring and testing equipment accurately to ensure compliance
  • Read and follow technical manuals, repair station manuals, and safety procedures
  • Remove and replace bushings, bolts, washers, nuts, and other related hardware
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to meet production and quality goals
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety procedures, and equipment manuals
  • Must be able to read and write in English


Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Capable of meeting production timelines while maintaining high-quality standards


Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and work with hand tools for extended periods

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
