Great direct hire Opportunity with a global company researching and developing thermal management technologies for the AI industry and other high technology applications .
You will be key member of a of a global engineering team providing product development and prototyping services for clients in the Telecom , Medical device , Server & Data Center , aerospace , EV , and power industries .
This position requires a minimum of a Masters or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field .
In additional you will need to have graduate level work in two phase flow and heat transfer along with a strong understanding of conduction , convection and radiation heat transfer methods .
