We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to client communication via email and telephone.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendar, including client meetings and deadlines
- Manage records and information
- Provide administrative assistance to attorney, including preliminary drafting of legal documents
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent client relationships
