BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Certification Requirements
ACLS (AHA) & BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements Vermont or Compact Allowed
Shift Notes: 12hr Shift; This need is for MS Tele/Acute Rehab 36hr guarantee
EMR: Cerner and Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.
