What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)

Your Role
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide individual psychotherapy
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in line with professional standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment committed to quality and compassion
What You Bring
- Active Massachusetts licensure as LICSW or LMHC (required)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience providing therapy or assessments
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team
