Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with credentials in CCC and experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings is sought for a full-time contract position at an early childhood school. This role offers an opportunity to support young learners with communication needs in a dynamic educational environment.

Location: Marlborough, MA (position supports early childhood students)Contract duration: Starting end of November through June 10, 2026Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week, full-timeCaseload: Responsible for approximately 35 students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote communication development
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, and school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with children, families, and staff
  • Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and best practices in speech therapy
