Drive Success: Join as a Full-Time Auto Parts Specialist
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm & Occasional Saturdays
Location: Springfield, VT - In Person
Salary: Starting at $15.00 -$18.00
Experience Level: Customer Service Required/ Auto Industry Experience preferred

We're hiring a Counterperson who is friendly, quick-thinking, and detail-obsessed. You'll help customers find the right parts, support a fast-moving team, and make sure every transaction runs smoothly and by the book.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with a positive, professional attitude
- Look up parts quickly and accurately using our systems and catalogs
- Provide solutions and recommendations while following established procedures
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail
- Ensure all transactions and work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Keep the counter area organized, clean, and ready for the next rush
