Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity offers the chance to work as a Staff Pharmacist in a closed-door, long-term care facility located in Brockton, MA. The position starts ASAP and is a 13+ week contract to hire with the potential for long-term placement. You will be part of a dynamic environment handling a high-volume workload of approximately 600 prescriptions per day using the Frameworks software system, with training provided if needed.
Responsibilities include conducting initial reviews and final medication checks using Frameworks, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. The work schedule involves Monday through Friday shifts with rotating 1st and 2nd shifts, as well as rotating weekends.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Experience working in pharmacy settings, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Open to recent graduates eager to launch their pharmacy careers
- Comfortable working with Frameworks software (training available)
