Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced aesthetician to join our dynamic team at [Your MedSpa's Name]. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and aesthetics, and will have hands-on experience with a variety of facial treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures.

As an aesthetician at our medspa, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional services in a welcoming, professional environment. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and techniques while ensuring the highest level of care and customer service to our clients.Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, facials (Diamond Glow, chemical peels, microdermabrasion).
• Work with advanced equipment such as Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and IPL (experience with these treatments is a plus).
• Provide thorough consultations and customized treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment in line with spa protocols.
• Assist with client check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented atmosphere, supporting fellow team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and treatments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician with a valid state license.
• Proven experience with laser hair removal, facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
• Experience with Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and IPL is a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Saturday availability
• Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to check clients in and out and handle client questions in a friendly manner.
