Sullivan Brothers Toyota and Nissan are Local Family owned Dealerships in Kingston, MA servicing the South Shore and Eastern Ma. We have been in business for 35+ years and love our community.

We are currently looking to add a team member to our Sales/Admin team in the position of Deal Processor.

• Responsibilities • Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

• Prepares tax and title documents.

• Promptly submits all contracts and drafts to proper lending institution for payment.

• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.

• Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

• Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin & Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.

• Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller on a weekly basis.

Requirements • Must have deal booking experience • Attendance is an essential job function for this position • Holds confidentiality in high regard • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
