We are an airside-only HVAC representative serving commercial and institutional markets. Our catalog spans airflow components used in hospitals, pharma manufacturing, research facilities, universities, and semiconductor plants. Clients rely on us not just for premium products, but for precise guidance on which parts fit their needs.

Role Snapshot

• Support the Parts Manager and coordinate full-cycle HVAC parts sales.
• Engage customers online, by phone, and face-to-face to scope needs and recommend components.
• Translate requirements into accurate part selections and enter orders without error.
• Respond to product, project, and tracking questions promptly.
• Confirm deliveries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for pickup or shipment.
• Contribute to inventory integrity through counts and data updates.

Requirements

• Customer service strength with clear written and verbal communication.
• Efficient typing and meticulous documentation habits.
• Ability to work on-site in Weymouth, MA, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Prior HVAC exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

$29–$35 per hour; final rate commensurate with experience and skills.
