Your Role
We’re seeking a Lead Production Chef to lead our kitchen operations, oversee all administrative logistics, and deliver a high-touch client experience.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a culinary team in a high-volume production kitchen.

Customize existing recipe database to fit special dietary protocols using our proprietary software(gut health, performance-driven, etc).

Oversee kitchen operations: purchasing, inventory, scheduling, prep systems.

Serve as the primary culinary point of contact for our custom clients, providing concierge-level communication and support to ensure a personalized, seamless experience.

Maintain and elevate our strict sourcing standards for organic produce, pastured poultry, organic pastured eggs, grass-fed beef, wild fish, and other premium ingredients.

Foster a sustainable, ethical kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale catering, meal delivery, or fine dining.
✔️ Deep knowledge of scratch cooking and nutrition-forward cuisine.
✔️ Familiarity with sports nutrition and dietary guidelines.
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔️ AAS Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management (preferred, not required).
✔️ Fluent in English.
