CNC Lathe Machinist (setup/operate) $40/hour - Direct hire

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC and lathe machines

• Working with extremely close tolerances, fits and assembles as needed

• Interpret and read blueprints

• Perform turning, drilling, tapping and deburring

• Setup machines as needed to run the specified requirements including the use of part indicators to establish origin

• Ensure the machine are in good working condition

• Examine and inspect the first article using inspection tools and filling out inspection reports

• Maintain all tooling as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years previous experience

• Short run/prototype experience

• Able to read blueprints and perform inspection

• Experience working with large parts

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The pay is up to $40.00 an hour based on experience
