What Were Looking For

• Position openings for Lube Techs to skilled Masters

• Technicians with strong integrity, pride in quality, and consistency
  
  
• Professionals who take accountability and enjoy team collaboration
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience for Lube Tech position; ideally 5+ for more advanced roles
  
  
• Strong diagnostic abilities and well-rounded repair skills
  
  
• Desire to grow and help drive the shops continued expansion
  
  

Certifications are valued but not required we care more about your workmanship, professionalism, and commitment to quality.


Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles (domestic, Asian, European)
  
  
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and safety evaluations
  
  
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all repairs
  
  
• Communicate clearly with team members and service staff
  
  
• Contribute to workflow and shop efficiency
  
  

Compensation

• $100K + earning potential based on skill and experience
  
  
• Euro specialists may qualify for higher pay
