FishEye is seeking experienced Software Engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and integrate sophisticated radar software and system solutions. We are looking for passionate individuals who will drive the continued success of our programs by developing next-generation technologies.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate within cross-functional, Agile product teams to deliver high-quality radar software throughout the entire product lifecycle - from architecture and design to integration, testing, and ongoing field support. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovations while thriving in a culture dedicated to excellence and continuous learning.
This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in software development using C++ and/or Ada, in a Linux environment
- Software development for radar systems
- Proficient with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and CI/CD
- Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) with hands-on experience developing software for embedded systems
- Experience with industry-standard version control systems (ClearCase, SVN, Git) and other tools such as JIRA
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, facilitating communication with other engineers, program teams, and external stakeholders
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Woburn, MA.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Missile defense programs specifically with large, complex radar and signal processing systems
- Experience with Use Cases, SysML/UML, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D)
