Adecco Staffing is seeking a skilled Vapor Polisher for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Haverhill, MA.
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (possible overtime)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Overview:

Operate vapor polishing machines to clean and polish components, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish according to product specifications

Set up and adjust equipment for different part sizes and materials

Monitor polishing cycles and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts throughout the process

Maintain detailed records of production and quality checks

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vapor polishing equipment to ensure optimal operation

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Keep the work area organized and compliant with cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience with vapor polishing or similar finishing processes is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
