Job Details
Seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with 1+ year experience to work with the firm’s Family Law/Workers Compensation practice in Nashua, NH. Must have New Hampshire experience.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Opening/closing files
- Performing conflict checks, engagement letters
- Accurate filing
- Scheduling appointments/calendaring court dates
- Organizing discovery materials
- Preparing exhibit notebooks
- Preparing general correspondence and formatting legal documents
- Communicating daily with potential new clients, clients and opposing counsel via phone and email
- Performing work in other areas including workers comp
Requirements:
- Family Law / Workers Compensation experience
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
