- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Background working with dementia.
