A small, dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This full-time, in-person position plays a crucial role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage case files to ensure documents are properly organized and accessible.

Request and summarize medical records and bills; create treatment chronologies.

Draft pre-suit demand letters and discovery requests/responses.

Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

Conduct research on laws, regulations, and relevant case law.

Maintain consistent communication with clients, witnesses, and experts to collect case information and updates.

Organize exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related materials.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and answering phones with professionalism.

Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to maintain efficient case workflows.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).

Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.

Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
