Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sophisticated estate planning and probate counsel to high-net-worth clients.

  • Design and implement tax-efficient strategies for asset protection, income tax minimization, and trust administration.

  • Draft and manage a wide range of complex estate planning documents.

  • Lead estate matters from strategy development through resolution.

  • Collaborate with an established team while building and expanding your own client base.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; LL.M. in Taxation strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of private practice experience focused on advanced estate planning and administration.

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or New Hampshire (dual admission preferred). Attorneys from other jurisdictions must be eligible for admission by waiver.

  • Demonstrated portable book of business required.

  • In-depth knowledge of Massachusetts and New Hampshire probate and tax laws.

  • Strong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience who anticipate at least 15 more years of active practice.
