Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join a busy closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Massachusetts. This is a 13+ week contract-to-hire assignment with an immediate start.

In this role, you will support daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume environment, preparing medications for residents and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all state regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing medications in blister packs, unit-dose, or other packaging for timely delivery

  • Assisting with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while maintaining proper storage conditions

  • Monitoring expiration dates and ensuring compliance with safety standards

  • Maintaining accurate patient and medication records

Schedule:

  • Monday Friday: 6:00am 2:30pm or 9:00am 5:30pm

  • Weekends: 9:00am 7:00pm

Requirements:

  • Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license

  • PTCB certification

  • Previous pharmacy technician experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy setting

  • Familiarity with Frameworks software is a plus (training provided)
