LUK seeks a Director of Technology to provide dynamic leadership and ongoing development of the Agency’s technology and digital security activities. The position will be responsible for the development, implementation, operation, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of the LUK’s technology program. The ideal candidate will bring passion to the work of supporting LUK staff to provide services to our communities, families, and individuals by ensuring they have access to effective and secure technology.
The Director of Technology position develops, directs and coordinates the LUK, Inc. computerized network infrastructure, network equipment and security as well as user-level equipment and access. The Director of Technology is responsible for directing and supervising the workflows and processes of the IT Department. The Director is charged with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, LUK’s policies and procedures and best practices. The position is identified as a member of the agency’s Leadership Team.
Knowledge and Experience Required
· Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of five (5) years of technology management and/or leadership experience.
· CompTIA A+ certification.
