Cross Services Group is a fast-growing local services company based in Natick, and we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our car detailing division.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior vehicle detailing (washing, waxing, vacuuming, wipe-downs, polishing)
- Using professional-grade tools, products, and techniques
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Interacting professionally with customers when needed
- General shop cleaning and organization
Requirements:
- 1+ year of industry or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in producing high-quality work
