We’re looking for a Landscape Hardscape Manager for our fast-growing Landscape Design and Construction company. You will coordinate our LMN landscape management software, manage the day-to-day operation, P&L responsibility, verify and sign off operation functions, help with Estimates, Snow Removal planning and quality control, Training Staff, Managing client’s quality and expectations, help with Sales and New Client Acquisition. This is a full-time direct hire position, career growth opportunities, free Vehicle and gas card.
What you will do as a Landscape Hardscape Manager:
- Run daily fine gardening and hardscape projects
- Manage field and office staff.
- Track, monitor policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations and schedule
- Client relationship and Sales.
- Help with hiring and training.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What you will need as a Landscape Hardscape Manager:
- 8+ years of experience as a landscape operations manager.
- 3+ years of LMN software experience required.
- Landscaping Fine Garden/Hardscape sales experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office products experience
- Client Communication
