Position Overview
In this role, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Collect and document behavioral data

Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school teams

Support students in meeting academic, social, and behavioral goals
What You Bring
Requirements:

RBT certification (or ability to obtain in New Hampshire)

High school diploma or GED

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:

Background in ABA or special education

School-based experience

Confidence in data collection and student support strategies
