Were hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs in Claremont, NH. Position Overview

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collect and document behavioral data

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school teams

• Support students in meeting academic, social, and behavioral goals

What You Bring

Requirements:

• RBT certification (or ability to obtain in New Hampshire)

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Background in ABA or special education

• School-based experience

• Confidence in data collection and student support strategies
