Summary:
The Northeast Billing Specialist – Parts position is crucial in the company's billing and accounts receivable process. This role focuses on managing billing for the parts departments within EVI Northeast, specifically for PAC Industries, LLC, Yankee Equipment Systems, LLC, and their subsidiary locations. The responsibilities include billing for parts shipped directly to customers, parts ordered for service work, and parts dispatched from the location’s warehouses to customers. Effective and respectful communication with our teams is essential, as this position involves handling billing across the Northeast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up new Accounts Payable vendors for the Accounts Payable.
• Accuracy and attention to detail while handling billing/invoicing.
• Gather documentation and keep it organized to ensure proper documentation is maintained for all invoicing.
• Process credit card payments from customers for invoices.
• Issuing customer invoices for parts orders.
• Gather POs and documentation to bill out orders drop-shipped directly to our customers by the manufacturer.
• Work directly with the Parts Departments regarding questions, concerns, and issues with orders to be invoiced.
• Review customer account setup information to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and handle a varying workload based on current sales volumes.
• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, etc., to ensure that the daily workflow continues and isn’t held up.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
• Able to work under strict deadlines for the month and quarter-end process.

Qualifications:
• An associate degree in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Minimal requirement of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ billing or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and
Adobe Professional.
