Compensation:

$102,500 - $189,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Utilize company-provided leads to build and maintain a robust client portfolio.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
  • Communicate consistently with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and taking initiative in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and real estate tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable conducting property showings and engaging with potential clients in person and virtually.
