As a Local Warranty Repair Technician, you will be responsible for completing hardware repairs covered under the Pro Plus Warranty program. You will pick up replacement parts from your nearest shipping center and coordinate directly with customers to schedule repair appointments. All repairs are to be completed within a 30-mile radius of your home address.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up assigned parts from your local shipping center.

• Communicate directly with customers to schedule repair times.

• Complete all covered repairs efficiently and accurately within your local service area.

• Provide professional, courteous service during all customer interactions.

• Maintain documentation for all repairs performed.

Covered Components Under the Pro Plus Warranty Include:

1. Processors

2. Motherboards

3. Keyboards

4. Hard Drives

5. LCD Screens

6. Batteries

Requirements:

• Technical proficiency in hardware repair.

• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Must reside within the service area and be able to travel up to 30 miles for repair appointments.
