Hanover, NH | Full-time | Starting at $19/hour with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Earn an additional $1/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts!

Plus, get $1/hour extra on company-observed holidays, in addition to holiday pay (double pay!) if you work on the holiday.

What You’ll Do as a DSP:

You’ll play a key role in supporting residents as they work toward their treatment goals and strive for greater independence. Responsibilities include:

Provide Compassionate Support: Assist residents with daily living activities using trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
Promote Community Engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and community outings.
Support Goal Achievement: Help residents set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, stable, and healing atmosphere.
Complete Documentation: Accurately document care and interventions in compliance with agency standards.

What We Offer:

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hiring Bonus: Up to $1200
Weekend/Holiday Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
Paid Training: Comprehensive, on-the-job training

Schedule Details:

What You Need to Join Our Team:

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
