As we grow our team, we are seeking an Attorney with experience in construction and design professional litigation.

Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 7+ years of experience representing clients in construction and/or design professional litigation
- Must be admitted to practice in MA with admission in other New England states preferred
- Interest in construction projects
- Capable of independent work
- Work in an organized and efficient manner
- Superior research and writing skills
- Ability to analyze complex matters
What You Will Be Doing?
- Independently manage an active litigation caseload, from inception to trial.
- Interface with clients and insurance professionals.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Retain and work with expert witnesses.
- Engage in written discovery.
- Draft motions and oppositions, and argue same at hearings.
- Negotiate settlements independently and at mediation.
- Evaluate liability and damages issues and prepare exposure evaluations.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely time records.
