ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position in Enfield, NH, for the 2025/2026 school year. This role focuses on providing support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Support students in meeting their behavior and social goals

• Document student progress and outcomes of interventions

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to provide well-rounded support

• Ensure a structured and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• RBT certification from BACB

• Experience working with children, particularly in school settings, preferred

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the needs of individual students

Position Overview:

• Contract-based role, K-12 students

• Full-time position with school hours from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM
