- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience\n
- Current BLS certification\n
- Completion of all required compliance documentation prior to start\n
- Successful completion of orientation modules (pre-start and during orientation)\n
- 3rd party education verification required\n
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)\n

- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during surgical procedures\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for optimal patient outcomes\n
- Prepare the operating room and ensure availability of all necessary equipment and supplies\n
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond to emergencies as needed\n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care\n
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards\n
