About the Role
The Workplace Experience Manager is an integral part of the Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies and procedures that deliver a best-in-class experience for employees and clients, whether remote or in-person. The position leads and empowers a team to provide high-quality service while contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the workplace experience for the office and team. This role requires an in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with office administration, department managers, and regional leadership to deliver a high-quality, client-focused workplace experience
- Strategize, create, and implement experience-related guidelines, best practices, and service standards with the global WE team
- Supervise, manage, and motivate team members while setting clear goals aligned with the organization’s overall vision
- Promote collaborative work practices, uphold professional and ethical standards, and build strong working relationships across the office and organization
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and achieve service objectives
- Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, financial, and proprietary information

- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Are comfortable using and learning various technology platforms and applications
- Are able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends
And Have
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of seven (7) years of hospitality, facilities, or customer service management experience
- Experience in hotel management, office/facility management, or corporate environments preferred
