Job Details:

• 48-hour guarantee per week
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• Adult-geriatric patient population
\n• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching
\n• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with nursing and patient care team personnel
\n• Float to Kingsbury unit as needed
\n• Professional scrubs required (no logos, traveler provided)
\n• Use Epic electronic medical record system
\n• No billable orientation provided
\n• 2+ years medical-surgical experience required
\n• Cardiac drip experience required
\n• Dementia experience and management required
\n• NIHSS experience strongly preferred
\n• Epic experience required
\n• New Hampshire nursing license required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
\n• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
\n• Block scheduling not available
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
\n• 5 days or less return to offer accepted
\n• All medical compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
