Job Title: CNC Milling & Lathe Operators
Location: Billerica, MA
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $19 - $27 per hour

Adecco is hiring CNC Milling & Lathe Operators for a leading precision machining company in Billerica, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business that’s been operating for over 50 years. The company is growing and looking to add motivated team members who are passionate about quality and precision. The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery, servicing multiple industries with a focus on stainless steel and high-temp alloys.
Responsibilities:

Load and unload CNC machines for daily production

Inspect finished parts and troubleshoot minor issues

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges

Ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred (not required)

Basic machining knowledge and familiarity with machining concepts

Proficient with inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, drop indicators, etc.)

Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
