Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Soliant is in need of multiple Special Education Teachers. As part of a collaborative team with assistants and paraprofessionals, you will develop and implement individualized lesson plans, ensuring each student's IEP is followed and their academic and social goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with assistants and paraprofessionals to provide comprehensive support and care.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans to address each students specific needs.
• Ensure that all students' IEPs are followed and progress is monitored.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be certified in Special Education in Vermont.
• Experience working with students in a special education setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
